Okay, Hey guys. UMMM...... well. Let's see. A lot of the graders, right now, are studying Africa in history so here:
Animism: the belief that bodies of water, animals, tree, and other natural objects have spirits.
Extended family: includes the father,mom, children, and close relatives living in one household.
Rifts: [ The Great Rift Valley] are long deep valleys formed by the movement of the earths crust
Sub- Saharan Africa: the area of Africa that is south of the Sahara
Sahel: a strip of land that divides the desert from wetter areas.
Savannah: open grasslands with scattered trees.
The Sahara is a desert , because the Atlas Mountains cut off most of the rain clouds.
Lake Victoria is the largest lake in the world.
The main rivers are the Congo, the Zambezi, and the Niger.

The 4 different regions of Africa are desert, Sahel, savannah and rain forest.
In ancient Africa, gold was equal to salt.
One of the 1st people living in old Africa were the Nok. [ They lived in present - day Nigeria] They quickly conqured other people.
The 1st camels came from Rome in AD 200s.
